This committee is tasked with:
• Identifying and organizing at least one annual surgical camp in a county.
• Engaging corporate partners to assist with transportation and other support, such as surgical sets, supplies, and personnel.
• Working with the secretariat to assign participants who are willing to take part in the camp to available host hospitals.
